I'm in Milan writing this blog about the wonderful experience I had at Pica Pastry School, with the amazing Pastry Chef Massimo Pica. It was incredible! I attended the Highly Professional Training Course in Fine Patisserie, which took me a month to complete. I learnt so many new recipes, cakes and techniques that I can't actually wait to start producing a new line of creative cakes, artisan chocolates, mono portions & mirror cakes!! woop woop!
The course was really hard and intense but the reward of so much knowledge was simply worth every effort.
