My Competition Cake has been selected!

I am so excited that my competition cake has been selected to be part of this year's Royal Wedding Cake Competition at the Ideal Home Show in Kensington Olympia!! :)

I am sure there will be wonderful creations and the competition will be very hard, but I am already over the moon just to have been selected.

I sent over a sketch, which for now is a secret, and after few days of waiting I had the great news! :) Now I need to start making it! I can only tell you that it's gonna be 5 tiers, with loads of handcrafted sugar flowers and some gold touches ;)
